The event commenced at 4:00 PM, with all the decorations impeccably arranged under the capable supervision of the club's leaders. The ambiance and lighting of the event venue received meticulous attention, with particular focus on ensuring the comfort and convenience of the attendees. All department heads were dedicated to this aspect of the event.

In addition to providing an overview of the club, the event featured a range of engaging activities designed to both entertain and educate the audience in the realm of finance. These activities encompassed games, storytelling sessions, and a variety of enjoyable activities intended to help attendees learn more about finance in a fun way.

Following the address by the president, the event featured a diverse range of activities. One notable activity was a word search game, which had an intriguing twist. Questions were displayed on the screen related to the financial world, and the answers to these questions were cleverly concealed within word search puzzles, adding an element of challenge and excitement for the audience which was the main highlight of the event. This game acted as the ice breaker between the audience and the club leaders.

During the course of the games, some of the heads took the opportunity to introduce themselves to the audience, while the rest did so after all the activities were concluded. Speaking of the game itself, it comprised 25 questions from the financial word, which were displayed on the screen, and the answers to these questions were cleverly hidden within word search puzzles distributed to the participants.

Afterwards, our club leaders shared an interesting story about the 2003 stamp paper scam led by Abdul Karim Telgi. This story wasn't just for entertainment; it was also meant to educate our audience. It was great to see how engaged the audience was and how interested they were in learning about the details of this important financial event from 2003.

Towards the event's conclusion, the heads of all departments took the opportunity to introduce themselves and provide a concise overview of their respective department's functions. This initiative aimed to familiarize the attendees with the departmental roles, enabling them to make informed choices when considering which department to join within the sub-committee.

Before bringing the enjoyable event to a close, our team shared a crucial announcement regarding the registration process for sub-committee recruitments, along with additional departmental details. The audience's response was overwhelmingly positive, with nearly everyone expressing keen interest in becoming part of the club's sub-committee.

The introductory event of the club proved to be an immense success, with both participants and departmental heads thoroughly enjoying the occasion. As a result, the event concluded on a highly positive and upbeat note with a lovely group photo. We are eagerly anticipating organizing a series of engaging and interactive events throughout the year, promising not only valuable insights but also plenty of fun and enjoyment for all involved.
